Insurance Coverage
Many private insurance policies are now offering coverage for acupuncture. Coverage specifics vary by plan, and may include limitations on the number of visits or specific conditions covered. I am not currently accepting and processing personal insurance at this time, but am happy to offer you a super bill of services rendered that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
HSA cards are accepted.
Veteran's Association Coverage
I am contracted with the Fayetteville Veteran's Association to provide covered acupuncture treatments to veterans as a community care provider. If you are a veteran interested in acupuncture, please talk to your primary care provider, and/or the Office of Community Care at the VA, for more information.
All veterans and their spouses receive 10% off of services and products when paying out of pocket.
Donation-Based Cancellation Policy
Please contact the clinic 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives me the necessary time to contact patients on the waitlist. I understand that life happens and sometimes appointments are missed by accident. If this happens to you, and it's in your budget and heart to do so, I gratefully accept donations to cover the cost of missed appointments. As a small business owner this allows me to continue to provide all of my patients with the healing care they deserve.
